House&lake

House & Lake and Garden is a two-level apartment with a terrace and lake view. It is located in Pescate just 2.5 km from the center of Lecco. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the Adda bicycle track. The apartment on the first floor is divided into two livels. There is a large lake-view balcony where you can lunch and dine. On the first livel there are: 1 double or twin room open space (beds can be separated) 1 kitchen with small kitchenette oven/microwave electric plates and fridge 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine On the second level accessible through internal stairs there are: 1 bathroom with tub 1 double or twin room (with twin beds) with bed for little children (until 2 years) 1 double bedroom with French bed 1 common area with single bed At the ground floor there is another little apartment (House & Lake and garden). Guests can park the car and walk to pedestrian area to main entrance I normally work all day, but if it's possible I will try to be able to meet my guests and give them Keys and suggestions for their stay. A typical restaurant with local food available just closed to the garden area. Parking available on the main road but not reserved to the house Playground area for children close to the house. The access for the lake is close to the apartment. Shops in the nearest Lecco city at 5' min driving distance. Big Supermarket called Bennet just 5 min driving distance and another little market just 5 min by walking. Biking to the centre of Lecco is 15' min distance. two bikes are complimentary. They are shared with the group floor apartment. The garden is shared with the guest of the other apartment.
