Apartment sea-mountais is a 15-minute drive from the beach , it has a private parking and an equipped outdoor private relax-area. We can host 2/3 guests in bedroom and other 2 in the living-room. We supply bedding and towels. At your disposal: wi-fi, sat tv, air conditioning, full equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer.... and all you can need during your stay. We speak English, French, German, Spanish, Greek Our apartment has just been built and it's equipped with every comfort. You have your private parking just in front of your house and a private equipped relax-area overlooking the sea. Lovers of quiet and nature, but not so far from centre, can regenerate by footing, walking or biking in a secular wood. The house's guests have the exlusive use of parking, garden and equipment During your stay we always can help you to organize your daily and evening sport and cultural activities. Varazze Sea Mountain is located 300 m above sea level, halfway to the sea and mountains. The beaches are 10 km from the house (15-20 min drive) and the 1200 m altitude of Monte Beigua is about 15 km away, on the way the megalithic promenade, the Napoleonic routes and breathtaking views over sea and mountains. The Hermitage of the Desert, the seventeenth-century Carmelite monastery, is located just over a kilometer from Varazze Sea Mountain; Agriturismo La Fonda, about 500 meters away, on weekends offers snacks and lunch and dinner based on traditional Ligurian dishes, made with ingredients and meat produced on the farm, served with a set menu ranging from appetizer to dessert / coffee and with attention to vegetarian menus. The peace and relaxing atmosphere that guests will enjoy during their stay, amply compensates for the lack of nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with every modern comfort and everything you could find in your second home. Varazze Sea Mountain is served by spring water from the mountains which is drinkable. A public bus line connects us to the railway station and to Varazze's centre in 30 minutes with 5 daily trips. (bus stop 1 km, 0.62 miles, from the house) In surroundings there isn't supermarket, shops, restaurants, bus stop. Agriturismo (Farmhouse) La Fonda, at 500 m from the house, is open only on weekends and, on reservation, serves lauch and dinner at fixed menu with own products (menu for vegetarian and vegan too) .
