The house is located in an area where there is rarely any wind with clean sea and paths towards the beach and mountain walks. You will find clean sheets and bathroom towels. We provide new set of clean sheets and bathroom towels every 5 days but there are no house cleaning services during your stay. In case you need a new set of clean sheets earlier please contact us. You must keep the house in good and clean condition. In case of any damages at the property you must inform the host as soon as possible and depending the damage there may be extra charge in order to be fixed. The house can accommodate 4 persons plus 2 at the living room bed-sofa with extra charge of 8 euro per person / per night. Pets are not allowed. Note that you must have a car or a bike to approach the house. ------------------ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ ---------------- Δεν επιτρέπονται τα πάρτυ και πρέπει οι επισκέπτες πρέπει να τηρούν τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το Barbeque χωρίς περιορισμό αλλά θα πρέπει να φροντίσετε για τον καθαρισμό του μετά τη χρήση. Θα βρείτε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες τα οποία αλλάζουμε κάθε 5 ημέρες. Σε περίπτωση που τα σεντόνια λερωθούν νωρίτερα παρακαλούμε ειδοποιήστε μας. Κατά τη διαμονή σας δεν παρέχουμε υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού του σπιτιού. Σε περίπτωση οποιασδήποτε ζημιάς παρακαλούμε ενημερώστε μας άμεσα. Σημειώστε ότι ανάλογα με το είδος της ζημιάς ίσως χρειαστεί να επιβαρυνθείτε επιπλέον. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα και δύο επιπλέον στους καναπέδες-κρεβάτια του σαλονιού με επιπλέον κόστος 8 ευρώ / άτομο / διανυκτέρευση. Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται. Σημειώστε ότι χρειάζεστε μεταφορικό μέσο για να φτάσετε στο σπίτι.
