Very nice studio, with attention to detail, just renovated. It is the top for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people because in addition to the bed it has a sofa that can be opened if necessary. It is located on the 3rd floor with a lift up to the 2nd floor (the last ramp is on foot). Attention to detail will make you feel at home. There is also a terrace with chairs and a table for your relaxation. Thanks to its position it is very cool, even in the middle of the day. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of Milano Marittima, where there are also 5-star hotels and the historic Mare Pineta. It is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, a flat screen TV, refrigerator, 4 induction burners and microwave for cooking, washing machine, iron and drying rack. Simple and elegant, it is complete with dishes and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom with shower has a small window and is complete with a bidet. To store clothes there is a built-in wardrobe and a large dresser. I will not be there during Your stay but I can offer You my help through an agency who helps me... Personally, I love to start the day at Forno Giuliani located 20 meters from the apartment, where you can enjoy high-quality sweet and savory food; continue the day between the beach and walks by the sea or in the pine forest and breathe the scent so special of the place. If it rains there is shopping in the center or the adventure park, the butterfly house just a few kilometers away, also reachable by bicycle! You will have understood: I love Milano Marittima ... It is possible to walk or rent a bike 20 meters from the apartment there is a shop that provides this service: with just a few euros a week you can move around without parking problems and completely forgetting your car! In front of the apartment there is ample paid parking while it is possible to park the car in the adjacent street where there are no blue stripes (free parking).
