Lovely lodge directly on ski-run

Lovely, cosy and calm apartment ideal for your skiing holiday (1 minute walk to the ski lift). The apartement is located in Silberleiten/Hochkrimml (1700m), which is a small, quiet and calm holiday village, mainly used in the wintertime for its proximity to the ski-runs of the famous "Zillertal Arena" (one of the biggest skiing areas in Austria). It is about 15 minutes away from the famous ski place "Gerlos", where you can find bars, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets etc...which belongs also to the ski area "Zillertal Arena". Silberleiten consists of about 25 holiday homes, which itself consists again of about 6 appartements, spreaded over three floors. A typical austrian restaurant/ski lodge, ski school and ski shop are also located in the village. It is a really familiar, quiet and calm atmosphare in the village, especially when it's snowing, it is simply beautiful. Our appartment is located at the last holiday house on the right hand side on the ground floor, where the main road ends. So that you have to take only 2 stairs and you are directly at the ski lift station, that brings you up the mountain. The apartment itself, consists of basically two rooms + bathroom and balcony. One bedroom with a double bed where two adults can easily sleep in. The second room is kitchen and living room together. When you enter the apartment you are in a very small foyer where you can leave your jackets, shoes, ski stuff etc. Through another door you enter into a big hallway where on the right hand side of the hallway the kitchen is located. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stuff you need (stove, oven, sink coffee machine, and so on). At the end of the hallway follows the living room with a fould out couch where another two people can sleep on, TV, a dining table and of course the tiled stove to make fire and keep the apartment warm and cosy in cold winter nights. (Firewood can be purchased easily in the neighbooring village "Königsleiten" at the supermarket). In the bathroom you find a bathtub with shower, toilet and a washbasin. There is also a pay-sauna in the house, which has a cost of € 2,00 per sauna session (collective use, you can only pay with € 2,00 coins). The apartment is the ideal place to stay for your winter holiday. Through its proximity of 1 minute (walking) to the ski lift we are sure that all winter sport fans will be completely satisfied. It is made for 4 persons and especially suitable for families with two children. If you want to rent skier or snowboards you can get a 10 % discount if you book in advance via internet at 'patterer'. Please make sure that you make the reservation for Hochkrimml/Plattenalm, because they have serveral locations. Same procecure for ski- or snowboardteacher. You can also book via internet, this time at 'unterwurzacher', please book location Gerlosplatte. You'll get a 5 % discount if you pay cash. Not only in the winter but also during summertime you can use this place to just enjoy the calmness, quietness and nature around you. You have the possibility to visit the famous "Krimmler Waterfalls" (10 Km), and various hiking trails starting in front of the the door (for example hiking to "Zittauer Hütter/Krimmler Wasserfälle"). You have to have a car to arrive and to move arround there. Please note: beddings, sheets, towels and dishtowels are NOT going to be provided. We would kindly ask you to bring with you: covers for pillows, covers for blankets, covers for mattresses, towels for your personal use and dishtowels. Mattresses covers: two times 100x200 fitted bed sheet and one 200x200 normal bed sheet.
