Self contained annexe close to Exeter university

We live in a quiet area of Exwick , Exeter with a bus stop directly outside on a main bus route into the city centre. There is plenty of on street parking outside our property for you. The property has its own entrance beside our family home. Tesco express is located 15 minutes walk from the property. The thatch pub is also within walking distance. We have a self contained annex adjoined to our family home with its own entrance. We totally respect our guests privacy but if you need us we are only a phone call away. Our annex is a short drive or 40 minute walk to Exeter university and Exeter city center. We are on a bus route directly into the center of town (approx 15 mins) Also we are only a half hour drive for several beaches. Lots of road parking outside the prop. We have 3 very friendly family dogs, they will not come into your area but you may hear them through the adjoining wall or out in the garden.
