Please see the itemised list below: - Failure to recycle as instructed - £40.00 - Extra cleaning that guests are expected to do (I. E. Dirty crockery, glasses, dishes and fag butts in garden) - £40.00 - Stained carpet - £50.00 per large stain and up to £500.00 if carpet needs replacing. - Damage to kitchen worktops - up to £500.00 if damaged beyond repair. - Misisng Towels/Bedding - £20. 00 per item Any other damage not listed above will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Thank you very much for your co-operation. RECYCLING GUIDELINES: Please use the recycle bins provided in the kitchen. The two bins next to the fridge are clearly marked and the green one on the counter is for food waste. Please make sure that all of your recycling is put in the correct recycling bins on your departure. It's super strict on recycling (which is a great thing) but we have to make sure we do it properly to avoid fines. We do charge a £40.00 fee if anybody fails to recycle properly, e.g. mixing food waste. So please make sure everybody in the house is aware of this. There are clear instructions in the kitchen that explain these. PARKINGS + CAR LIMIT To respect our neighbours and save on carbon emissions, we do have a 3 vehicle maximum limit for anybody staying at our home. When you are sent the check-in instructions on the day before your arrival, there's a map that will show you where to park. Thank you for you cooperation.
