Entrance leading to the living room with doors leading into the open plan dining and kitchen. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the rear garden. Stairs up to the bedrooms - Master bedroom (4ft 6in standard double), second bedroom (4ft 6in standard double) and third bedroom (3ft single). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Cloakroom on ground floor. Parking – There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the house. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. No pets On arrival into Poole you will need to collect the property keys from Quay Holidays. Our office is open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and until 4pm on Sundays (during summer months), so please notify us in advance should you be arriving out of office hours, so we can make alternative arrangements. The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
