A clean & comfortable single room in an end of terraced Victorian villa. 1 small Yorkshire terrier dog & collie (very friendly) and 4 cats live here. Adventurers, couples and business travellers are all very welcome. Monday to Friday 9 am check out weekend 10am We also have a lovely double room available, please check out our other listing. USB sockets Wifi Dressing gowns & towels are provided for the duration of your stay. We do have a double room also available. Please see listing. Due to the covid19 situation we are presently unable to offer kitchen, lounge and dining facilities to guest. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle which is also shared with the family. Guests can help themselves to cereal bars and fruit which are included in the room charge. A set of keys are provided to come and go as you please. Safe storage for bicycles & motorbikes if required. We are happy to share a cup of coffee or wine with guest while relaxing in the lounge, equally we respect that some guest prefer privacy and prefer their own space. We are on hand to help with any queries etc. Our home is warm, welcoming and within walking proximity to Haydock race course, Three sisters race circuit Ashton-in-Makerfield golf club Haydock park golf club And only a five minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. Yet set on a quiet lane. A little further afield are Wigan pier, Haigh hall, Robin park, Langtree park to name but a few. Only a 30 minutes drive to Liverpool, Manchester and Preston city centre. Wigan city centre is a 10 minute drive away. Warrington 20 minutes Chester 50 minutes Manchester Airport 30 minutes Fantastic public transport links. M6 junction 23 is few minutes drive away. We are presently updating our home as and when time & funds allow. The hall & stairs are all tired, although clean, tidy and functional.
