The house is approximately 5 minutes walk from a local new small supermarket (Lincolnshire Co-op). There are 2 other small supermarkets about 10 minutes walk away from the house. There are a few small shops, pubs and takeaways in Whittlesey town centre all in walking distance from the House. The town is small and friendly. There are some lovely walks along the rivers/drains and the wash. There is a very nice Chinese take away called the Silver River, which is approx 5-8 minutes from the house. It is Cash only. You can order in advance and just pick up, so you don't have to wait around. There are local buses to Peterborough and the surrounding area. The house is located close to several lovely public footpaths that take you along river banks and marsh plains with plenty of wild life and birds to enjoy.
