Our cosy apartment is in the middle of the Residence “Baia del silenzio”. Three-room apartment of 100 metres, a large terrace lakefront of 40 metres with BBQ. The Residence is arranged on different levels. The apartment is on one floor and can accomodate up to 5 people, the large terrace is furnished with a big table, some chairs and parasols. Going inside the apartment there is an open-space with a big dining-room, a well-equipped open kitchen, sofa bed and armchairs. 50 tv with the possibility of using your own sky card, aerial and satellite, DVD- player with USB, and a small stereo with radio and CD-player. Wifi. The apartment has got washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwaves oven, grill oven, coffee machine Nespesso pods, two fridges, a table and a freezer. Two bedrooms (with sheets, blankets and duvets). There is a bathroom with shower with hot water, WC, bidet, towels and hairdryer. You can reach the elevator called “rack railway” from the apartment in a few steps; so you can access the swimming pool and the beach. In the swimming pool there is the lifeguard, WC and the dressing room. In the common area in the beach ,there are others WC, a TV room and a game room with a ping-pong table. 5 minutes from the Residence there is a small game area, football field, a mini-market, clothes-shop where you can also buy cigarettes and top up cards, a shop which sells household appliances, a hairdresser and a bar. Opposite the Residence entrance there is a bus stop. You can rent bikes. Walking in the villages, with small alleys that climb towards the mountain that forms the island, you feel in another world. MONTE ISOLA charming, mysterious, attractive, wild……. While you are walking on its ground you can perceive strong vibrations, of positive energy. Staring at the lake you can see the green and blue reflections with the fading of surrounding landscapes made of mountains and small villages, that reflect in the movements of the waves, peaceful waves that follow the rhythm of the heart. WHAT YOU WILL LOVE OF THIS AREA You can have a lot of privacy in the Residence “Baia del Silenzio” and if you want to socialize the swimming pool and the shaded by ulivi lawn are the best meeting point. On the island you can hike, till to the “Santuario della Madonna della Ceriola, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Around the island there are a lot of interesting attractions : the Nature Reserve Torbiere of Sebino, the famous franciacorta vineyards where you can find wines produced with Champenoise method, the Spa and the wellness centre in Boario, the National Park of Rock Carvings and the National Nature Park of Adamello-Brenta.
