The Oaks Complex with Hot Tub

2 fantastically renovated barns set in a beautiful countryside location. The Barn - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms The Piggery - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom These recently renovated barns are perfect for a countryside retreat. Both barns have underfloor heating, a private garden area with a hot tub (8am-10pm), an open plan kitchen/dining area and log burner. *Dog friendly* Please respect our neighbours, no parties. We are lucky enough to have horses in the field next to the barns so please no fireworks Please note: This is set over 2 barns which are next door to each other with a large driveway. One barn contains 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and the second barn has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) each barn has a hot tub, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms and lounge. The main barn has a dining table and large living area seating 12. Three of the rooms across the barns can either have two single beds in or one kingsize bed. If you have a preference, please advise us when booking. Both barns have a hot tub in their garden View the guidebook we have created for lots more information on the area and things to do on your stay. There is parking on the drive for 5 cars. Southampton Airport is a 15 minute car journey away. Hedge End train station is 5 minutes from the barns by car. There is a bus stop around the corner outside the village hall which is for the X10 bus. This goes to Bishops Waltham one way and through to Southampton the other. Please vacate the hot tubs by 10pm and keep noise outside to a minimum.
