Just a short walk from Chanonry Point (famed for its Moray Firth Dolphins) & Fortrose/Rosemarkie Golf Club, we have a kingsize bedded room for two with sole use of bathroom. Tea/coffee & TV/DVD . A light breakfast of cereal, toast and juice is left for you each day. Walking distance to 4 restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach and only 15 minutes from the A9 - the Black Isle is a must for anyone on the North Coast 500. Estonian BBQ hut in the garden for guest use and garden furniture. Newly decorated Kingsize room for 2 in a modern house very close t the beach. We have an additional small double room which could accommodate a 3rd adult or 2 children. Please send a request for prices if you want both rooms. Access to garden with garden furniture, BBQ hut, use of kitchen and dining room. Sole use of bathroom with bath and shower. We have plenty of information about the local area and would be happy to share our experiences with guests. The Black Isle has been voted the 4th best place in Scotland to live. Lush farmland surrounded by the Moray and Cromarty Firths. Visit the Rosemarkie Beach Café, Hugh Millers Birthplace, Cromarty Courthouse and Groam House Museum. Spot the famous Moray Firth Dolphins, just a 20 minute walk from our house. A very peaceful neighbourhood. Parking on our drive. Bus service to Inverness but limited on a Sunday. We have a cat and a labrador.
