Apartment in central position

Apartment located 5 minutes walk far to the city center, very closed to shops and bar and very quite at the same time. Car parking free. Very bright and cool, the open space living room has a kitchenette and a sofa and overlooks a balcony. The double room is well furnished, the bathroom has the shower and is very spacious. The apartment is on the first floor (with lift) of a very quite building, even if is located in the city center. The apartment is very bright, furnished with decorative melting pot styles and colours, which make it very comfortable. The complete apartment is available to the guests. I'll be happy to give to my guests all information they need to go to Venice, to the Jesolo and Caorle beaches, to Treviso and wherever they ask. It would be my pleasure to inform them about country routes to them who love biking, and of course about good local restaurants. You can buy very good bread and cakes at the bakery exactly on the street, there is also a bar for your breakfast, a drink and a light lunch. Chemist is 5 minutes walk far to the center. The district is centralized: a few minutes walk you have many different shops, 5 minuts by car to get to the supermarket and the Piave Commercial Center. Railway station FS is 5 minutes by car far from the apartment, and also the bus station ATVO. Jesolo and Caorle are about 20 minutes by car: there you can enjoy the beach and the night life. Of course is requested to respect the residents rules: to limit the TV and radio volume from 10:00 PM till 8: AM and fro 1:00 till 3:00 PM
