Charming stone farmhouse near Rome.

Come and make "Casale di Valle Numa" country house, nestled between Rome and Rieti, your home base during your stay in Italy. It is a nice rural farmhouse, situated at 600 meters, carefully restored in the respect of the local tradition. Dear guests, unfortunately due to works on the building and the COVID danger and relevant restrictions, we will not be able to rent the house until Dec 31st 2022. Sabina is less known compared to other Italian regions but deserves to be visited because it contains real touristic and naturalistic treasures. Casale di Valle Numa is the ideal place for people who want to spend the holidays away from the stress of city life and in quite places. It is a house that offers warmth and comforts of a private home well maintained and immersed in nature. In this place you will find tranquillity, enchanted wild and natural atmosphere, but also tennis table, football table, archery and barbecue area to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday. You will have the opportunity to visit Rome the 'Eternal City' and the treasures of the beautiful Sabina enjoying at the same time relaxing in the peace of the countryside. I have the pleasure of personally supervising the check-in to the house but I'm not present in the house during your stay, although always available for any information or assistance the guests may need. Sabina is a very interesting region that offers to the tourist different itineraries both naturalistic (in the Regional Park of Lucretili Mountains) and touristic (there's a lot of archeology, Franciscan and Benedictine monasteries, rural and romanic churches, medieval charming villages, hidden corners and many other surprises). The area is well connected to Rome and Rieti with the Cotral bus, but we suggest to the guests to have its own car to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and to reach eaisly the center of Rome. Parking is within the property. Indications about how to reach the house will be given to the guests before their arrival. In any case it is about 50 km from Rome. In addition to Rome, you can visit the main cultural sites of Sabina. We provide to our guests interesting itineraries and suggestions for both the city of Rome, surroundings of the farmhouse and Sabina.
