Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay in Kos island! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 5 minutes walk from the sea and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. The house comprises of 2 main rooms: - The first one is spacious divided into living room and kitchen. You can find in it: corner sofa/bed, bookcase, TV, wooden kitchen/bar table, kitchen etc. In the hall way there is a WC. - The second one is a comfortable double bedroom with wardrobe and working desk. - The third room is the main bathroom of the house and is connected with the bedroom. The tenant(s) will have access to all apartment’s amenities, except for 2 cupboards in the living room that are locked and contain personal belongings.
