Woodworth Cottage 19th century cosy cottage.

The cottage is self-contained. Downstairs is open plan with living space, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom with bunk beds has access onto a private roof terrace. First floor bathroom. Main access to the cottage is via the front door. There is also a rear entrance which is accessed via a shared courtyard. Guests will have keys for both the front & back door. Please text or phone if you need help with anything whilst staying at the cottage. I am available 8am-8pm each day. As I have a young family it would be appreciated if you only contacted me outside these hours if there is an emergency. Barnoldswick is a small, friendly town close to the Lancashire/ North Yorkshire border. The nearest shop is 2 minutes walk away, there are several pubs and places to eat within a 5 minute walk, also a Co-op supermarket. In the centre of town (5 mins walk) there is a post office, several cash machines, a library, West Craven sports centre is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive for swimming pools and a gym. Victory Park has a playground, football pitch, bike track, skate park & basketball court. Letcliffe country park has a playground and lots of open space. More information about the locality will be provided for guests at the cottage. Walking is best around the town of Barnoldswick. There are lots of local walks too - Weets Hill, along the Leeds to Liverpool Canal and in the surrounding countryside. Barnoldswick is a 20 minute drive from the market town of Skipton, gateway to the Yorkshire Dales. An hours drive away are the cities of Leeds or Manchester. This is a relatively new venture for us.
