Luxury Traditional Maltese Suite

A naturally lit suite in an authentic town house. Part of its features include: Maltese patterned tiles, exposed limestone walls and traditionally-used beams. The room on the first floor is newly decorated and furnished with a traditional bedroom, bathroom & a kitchenette including microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge/freezer. Also available: air-condition, hair-dryer, 32" TV, free wifi, fresh linen, towels & shampoos. The room is part of a town house with 2 suites. Our property is located in Paola, a quaint neighborhood close to southern bus terminal. It also offers street-parking for those commuting by car. Each room is private and has its own lock with a private shower, kitchenette and dining area. This space offers one king size bed and there is no room for a cot bed. The Suite which includes a Bedroom, Bathroom and a kitchenette is totally private with its own main door. We will give guests space but will be available when needed. Check-out is strictly at 10:30am for housekeeping purposes and at a request luggage can be kept downstairs in the common area. Check-in at 03:00pm, luggage can be dropped off and kept in the common area at a request beforehand. A 2-min walk to Paola Square where one can find Pharmacies, Restaurants and Fashion stores. The two UNESCO Pre-historic Sites — Tarxien Temples and unique Hypogeum — are a 10-min walk away. The suite is one minute away from a convenience store and ten minutes away from a Super Market. It is situated one bus away to the capital city of Valletta & the Airport from a central bus stop 5 minutes away (connecting all main routes). Choosing to stay in Paola offers the added advantage of being at the centre of Malta’s southern region which enables short-distance travel to the sought after medieval Three Cities, Marsaxlokk the fishing village, Marsascala for nightlife & swimming, and Birzebbugia sporting the famous Pretty Bay. The rental price does not include the ECO-tax . Each Guest has to pay €0.50c per person /night up to maximum of €5.00 and only applies for guests of 18 years and older. This has to be paid cash upon arrival.
