Vila Dane - experience Karst

Your children are playing safely around, garden chairs are just perfect to get some ten, and the dinner on the barbeque is almost ready. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and just keep on smiling - you are finally on vacation! Charming old village house has a hidden garden and renewed interiors. A balanced mix of traditional past and modern future will make you relax. Mighty door takes you inside a beautiful courtyard, where you can relax in comfortable garden seats or hammock, prepare a grill and enjoy the falling stars in the night. This 2-floor 180m2 house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dinning room, bathrooms, laundry and a big kitchen. It is ideal for whole family gathering and reminiscing of memories past. In the villa we have space for 7 people with the option to add a few beds more. When the sun is going down, you can relax on the terrace, sip a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful fire-like colors over the landscape. Relax with your friends in a big, typical Karst house! The guests are staying in the house with a closed yard, equipped with garden seats, hammock, dinner table, barbeque, inflatable pools for children...everything to enjoy your vacation. Fresh linen and towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi is working perfectly in the yard and also in the house, but we suggest not to use it too much for work - here you came to relax and spend time with your beloved ones. Each group of guests is staying alone in the house and on the yard in complete privacy. Vila Dane is located in the village Dane, which is a peaceful village, on the border of the forest, but just a shot away from the town Sezana. It is a perfect place to take long walks in the countryside, play with kids in the nature or take your dogs to play on open space. In Sezana you can find public transport in all directions such as bus or train. There are 3 big supermarkets, 2 gas stations, 4 banks, post office... The house is just a shot away from Trieste (Italy) and an hour drive away from the capital Ljubljana (Slovenia). Nearby you can find world famous attractions as Lipica stud farm, Postojna Caves, Skocjan caves park and Sezana - small town with relaxing places of interest like botanic garden, spa centre and lots of nature. Located in the middle of Karst, in the village Dane, surrounded with many points of interest: - 500 MTB trails (possible hiring of bicycles) - 100 climbing directions (10 climbing spots) - 30 exploration caves - 5 horse-riding stalls, - hiking trails, golf course.... (guided tours available) - Karst wine road The town of Sezana is just 2km away, so you can go there also by foot or by bicycle, which you can hire right on the spot. However to visit all the other sights (Skocjan caves, Lipica,...) i suggest to have a car, that is also possible to rent right on the spot. At Vila Dane we are specialist in organizing active vacations. However if you wish to discover the surroundings all by yourself we can rent you a bicycle to do it further.
