Close to Hook Head, Tintern Abbey, stunning beaches, the Waterford greenway, Kennedy Park Arboretum. Spacious but cosy open plan house. Newly refurbished timber floors, freshly painted and decorated throughout. There is plenty of private parking, one large double room overlooking the sea with ensuite & walk in wardrobe and 2 twin rooms. Convenient to use wood pellet stove & comfortable L couch alon with several armchairs. New tv with Saor view, DVD player & DVDs provided. Fibre optic high speed wifi. Guests will have full access of the house. The enclosed garden at the rear allows for privacy and safety. We live 5 minutes away so are always available to help out. Close proximity to numerous stunning beaches including Duncannon Beach which is 200 metres from the house. Kite surfing, kayaking, canoeing on the beach. 10 miles from Waterford city via car ferry. Inviting and traditional restaurants in the area. Playground and tennis and basketball courts and an outdoor gym 5 minute walk from the house. There is public transport available frequently to New Ross, Wexford and Waterford. The car ferry is close which connects us to Waterford. Please note your dogs are welcome at our house, however there is an additional €10 cleaning fee.
