The piato( not the balcony) and the parking. Anyway there is plenty of space for all of us. My parents will always be present during your stay while as I started a full time job so I will be there occasionally on general holidays. We like interacting with guests as we are albanians and perhaps very friendly :) A house in the middle of nature, different kind of fruits during all the year, a great sea view. Only nature and animal sounds around. There is local people beside the road which sell they natural products. We do it too in summer. During Fall/Winter/Spring there is less than 30 people living in my neighborhood VONJAJ. All of the people are somehow related to us. The whole village counts 3000 registered inhabitants from which only 1500 permanently in Borshi. There is nothing near, most of the services are between 2-16km. Everything is specified in the listing. The best option is to have your own car. If you don’t mind 40-60min of walking than you can come and visit us ofc. Montains are near. I am marking hiking trails to develop sustainable tourism in my area. You can hike from 2-8hours and from easy to difficult. At this time I have marked a trail up to Gurra( starting from home) which I will continue to Mount of Borshi. The Town center has three mini-markets where you can find nearly everything needed for the normal albanian life other than that you can find a quite nice restaurant, a drugstore and a car service. The center is 2km from our place, 30min downwards and 50min to come back upwards by walking. In the beach during summer you can find plenty of restaurants. It is 30-50min walking downwards and 60-70min coming up. I have marked an itinerary, you can just follow the blue marks from my home. By driving is between 5-7 minutes. 1️⃣ From May- September always go with one of us in the gardens 2️⃣ Don’t be noisy during late and early hours! Common sense. 3️⃣ A CAR will make you independent and permit you enjoy the place in max. 4️⃣ Withdraw CASH in albanian leke in Tirana or Saranda as you will need it! CONSIDERATIONS( out of our experience) 1)We are not near the sea! 2) We are not near to anything! 3) There are only around 55 houses in our neighborhood “Vonjaj” and around 24(spring&fall)–70(summer) people living. 4)We are not an hippy community. 5) We are not (yet) an ecoturistic place. 6)Vonjaj is situated in Borshi, when going from the town center to Saranda, 1st kilometer. 7) You cannot drive from Dubrovnik till Borsh in one day. 8) I don't suggest renting a car in Saranda. ***My parents dont speak English*** A bit of Greek and Italian only.
