Situated in a world heritage area, this house is ideally placed for exploring Cornwall with many site seeing places with easy reach. The surrounding area boasts peaceful walks such as the valley nearby, Carn Brea Castle, cycle paths, which is the perfect way to explore the beautiful countryside. Inside, the accommodation is both cosy and light, with plenty of features combined with larger windows where you can see the view of Carn Brea Hill and good sized rooms. The kitchen is spacious and bright, which includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, while next door there is a dining room with French doors to the garden. Also, on the ground floor there is a reasonable sized lounge with comfortable sofas, which are ideal for warming up next to the fireplace or watching TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom with light and airy with an ensuite shower room with WC, with a large window. There are two single bedrooms with a bedside table and a wardrobe including a mirror as well as a TV. A double bedroom with large windows for admiring the views of Cornwall. Here you will find a TV, and a wardrobe. Finally, there is a master bathroom, with a bath, big shower with WC. I as the owner will always be available over the phone if there are any issues or questions to be asked. Nearby, there is a valley that is set in a beautiful open woodland, which is just outside the accommodation. This is perfectly placed for exploring the nature of Cornwall. In addition to this, there is Tehidy Country Park 250 acres of peaceful woods and lakes to explore, together with a cafe and a picnic area. Let but not least, a 5-10 minute drive away from the beautiful coast of Portreath. The large beach has soft fine sand, with shingles below the shore line, that is popular with families. There are two surf/beach shops and an amusement arcade for families located own the seafront. St Ives is 14.3 miles from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Land's End Airport, 24.9 miles from the property.
