Country apartment, stunning setting

This beautiful apartment is set alongside the main farmhouse in 5 acres of private land through a gated entrance. Far reaching views across the neighbouring golf course and surrounding countryside make for a peaceful and tranquil setting. The property is a 400m walk from the local pub across a field and short walk to the local supermarket and restaurants. The apartment itself is completely self-contained, kitchen area (hob, grill, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster) dining area, living area (large L-shaped sofa and Flatscreen TV), bathroom (wc, sink, bath/shower) a double bedroom and single bedroom. The apartment is built above garages and stables which means there are low sloping, characterful ceilings. Guests should know that the ceilings slope quite low in the bedrooms (see pics). However, I'm 6ft 5" and lived in the apartment for 12 months. There is plenty of secure off- road parking. The apartment has its own private entrance and you will have your own key. There is a flight of 10 internal stairs upto the apartment. The garden and patio area remain private to the farmhouse. We live next door in the farmhouse and are easily contactable. A welcome pack is included and consists of a selection of cereals, toast (butter, jam) and fruit. Tea and coffee is also provided. This is a family home so only guests/number of guests who are on the booking will be permitted to stay. We are totally surrounded by fields, trees and nature. Bus stop is 200m away. Pub is 400m away. Restaurant is 600m away. Supermarket is 1km away. This is an ideal base for both business and pleasure. For those visiting for business purposes, Bolton town centre is 4 miles away. The Last Drop Village Hotel and wedding venue is approximately 3 miles away whilst hikers and mountain-bikers will enjoy the many local walks and trails (Jumbles Reservoir 2 miles, Wayoh Reservoir 4 miles, Entwistle Reservoir 5 miles, Rivington Pike 6 miles). For guests who are coming to watch sport, Bolton Arena and Bolton Wanderers FC are 6 miles away whilst easy access and links to Manchester mean The Etihad and Old Trafford can be reached in 30 mins.
