Beachfront living at its best

Beach heaven... Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves just meters away... there is nothing this house does not have. An amazing view, 1min walk to the beach, indoor braai/bbq, pizza oven, awesome deck, big kitchen, fireplace, working area and the list goes on and only 2hrs outside of Cape Town. I look forward to welcoming you to my beach house...Oh and did I mention the view?? The villa has an indoor braai/bbq area with loads of seating and stackable doors that open up making it feel like you are outside and on the beach... there is a lounge area with an indoor fireplace perfect for those cold winter nights playing board games while sipping a glass of red. The kitchen is huge and perfect to entertain people. The village of Pearly beach is ideal to experience the peace and quiet of nature or a perfect base for the adventurer shark cage diver. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms... the main bedroom has its own balcony with foldable doors that open up to the sound and view of the ocean while the guest bedroom boasts a super comfy double bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 x double bunk beds sleeping 4 people... perfect for a family. This is a private villa and guests have full access to the house. There is ample private parking plus a huge double garage. Although our place can accommodate 8 adults, we would recommend 4 adults and 4 kids as one of the rooms has 4 bunk beds. There is also Netflix available :)
