The villa is located at Nea Plagia in Halkidiki, just 25 minutes from the airport of Thessaloniki. It has a large yard and a lovely garden. Last but not least the village nightlife could satisfy anyone's taste because consist of traditional taverns to trendy bars. The beach is at a 5 mins walk and the village around 15 mins. The apartment at the 2nd floor is lovely and spacious, newly furnished with an attic flat (7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, dining table). Brant new air-condition system. Amazing hosts, who treat you like family. The apartment can comfortably accommodate large families or couples. Close to the sea, shops, and nightlife of Nea Plagia. Balconies with an incredible view, and huge yard for relaxing moments. Entry is allowed in every room of the second floor and every room of the attic as well. Your entrance is separate in the apartment. The yard is common. My family live at the first floor with a different entry. They will treat you perfectly. Living near sea has many health benefits, you should go swimming as much as you can. At night there is an amusement park for the kids and the pedestrian road full of people. Great for a night walk. For teens or young adults, there is nightlife too! If you have a car you will park inside the yard. It's about 25 minutes from the airport. You can go to the sea on foot and the village is 2 minutes with the car or 10 minutes walk. There is public transportation to and from the village to Thessaloniki and other areas of Halkidiki as well as taxis and Nea Moudania,the largest commercial center of Halkidiki, is less than 10 km away.
