artist haven in Tuscany

We are two artist who lives in the countryside of Lucca. Our propriety is surrounded by our 600 olive trees. Our cosy apartment is been furnished in the traditional way of tuscany countryhouse. We want offers a real Tuscany experience. The apartment has a big laundry room with wash machine, and a wardrobe room very spacious. It is the perfect place to have a calm rest after having visit all wonderful tuscany place around and Cinqueterre in Liguria. Our Organic Olive oil si wonderful! The house is very quite, ideal for a family of 4 who want to have a cozy place on the wonderfull hills surrounding Lucca. It is a typical tuscan farmhouse all renowed, with all conforts you need. There is a fire place you can use in winter, wifi, well equiped kitchen. On sunny days you can have meals on your private veranda, shaded in september by grapes. Woods, olivetrees, dears, lavanda, rosamarino and roses, will go along with you in your special tuscan holiday. There is no swimming pool. You can bring one dog, we have two! The two rooms have king beds, each one with a big bathroom and with a big closet. Please see the handmade plan to see the disposition of the beds.The big living room (where there is the second king bed) has a big dining table, chairs, confortable for six or more guests. We give bed and table linen and towels. It is possible add a single bed paying 15 euros . This little paradise is only 8 km. from the center of Lucca! If you like Yoga, I am following a very good class in Lucca rules by an american teacher very good, Iyenagar yoga (the lessons are in english). The price is 12 euros for 1 hours and half. Monday: 10am-11.30am; Friday 10am-11,30am, in Lucca center. Please ask me for further informations. The sea of Versilia, the beautiful mountains of Garfagnana, the historical beauty of Lucca with its famous walls, and his famous Villa, Pisa nearby, Florence at 70 km. and many beautiful walks departing from the house. A restaurant close to the propriety that you can reach on foot. Cycling lane close to the house, and a wonderful pizzeria at 8 km. We live very next door, so we can help in case of need. We speak fluently french and english. We accept reservation for minimum 3 days. We have two nice, polite and very friendly small dogs. ADDITIONAL CLEANING HOURS: For long rent (more then 2 weeks) we ask for three additional hours cleaning. For example: for three weeks rental we ask the guest to pay three hours cleaning after the two initial weeks. The cleaning will cost to our guests 30 euros (10 euros/h) and it will be made by our housekeeper, Nadia (english speaking). I would like my guests to appreciate the country life, made of nice walks, healthy and good food, visiting nearby producer of honey and goat chees, taste our first prize organic olive oil and at the same time nourish themselves with the beauty and culture of art in Tuscany. For breakfast you can taste our wonderful jam made with our fruits tree. You need a car to move, beacaue there are few buses from our area to Lucca. You can park your car easily in our propriety. From Lucca station you can reach Pisa and Florence and Viareggio and Cinque Terre by train or by bus. The airport is in Pisa. You will reach our house in nearly 30 minutes drive. We will give you all informations necessary to reach us when you book. The big supermarket Esselunga di Marlia it is about at 7 minutes drive from the artist shelter and it is open every day (incluse sunday) from 8am to 8pm. Terms of cancellation: see the website. Please see in the section Interaction with Guests the details for "Additional cleaning hours for long rent"! For the heather we have this timetable: from 5am to 9am and from 5pm to 9pm. We offer a first wood basket for free; other baskets will cost 5 euros each. We recycle the rubbish, so please ask us for right instructions about that. We ask you do not smoke in the house; you can have your cigarettes in your private veranda! Please, if you break something, tell us!
