There is a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen suitable for one person/child. Sunny, southfacing communal garden and large Victorian conservatory with table and chairs. Guests have access to the entire apartment. They may also use the beautiful south facing communal garden and sunny Victorian conservatory, equipped with table, chairs and garden bench. Private parking for one vehicle. (NB Parking is entirely at the owners risk.) The apartment is your own! We have adjacent, totally separate accomodation, but generally live in France for much of the year. However our manager/cleaner lives close by and will be available if you have any problems or queries. The property is located in the heart of Upton-upon-Severn close to stunning countryside, interesting shops, pubs, restaurants and, of course, the beautiful river Severn. The spectacular Malvern Hills and rolling Cotswolds are within easy reach. With plenty of ‘al fresco’ eating and drinking places and tranquil walks along the river bank, Upton offers the perfect holiday destination for a short break, or a longer retreat. The M50 and M5 are only 10 minutes away. Cheltenham and Worcester are in easy reach down the motorway and the quaint towns of Malvern, Tewkesbury, Ledbury, Pershore and Evesham are also close by. The beautiful Cotswold countryside and stunning Malvern Hills are right on the door step, for those who enjoy walking, hiking, or appreciating the countryside from the comfort of a car. There is a regular bus service to Malvern and Worcester. Malvern, Worcester and Tewkesbury (Ashchurch) have train stations with services to London, Birmingham and Bristol. Birmingham, Bristol and Gloucester airports are all under an hour away. There are many golf courses in the vicinity and places of interest including several National Trust properties. In the summer the Conway Castle (pleasure craft) makes regular trips from the river front to Tewkesbury - well worth the trip! NB: Please note that the shower room is ensuite. Guests using the sofa bed will need to go through the bedroom to use the toilet and shower.
