Do like sightseeing? You will love this place, in close proximity of the famous Loire castles, the Marchenoir forest, the Sologne, ‘la Route du Blé’ and the Beauval zoo. You will have access to many walks: through the Beauce fields, by the river Loire or the three rivers Mauves, with the possibility of canoeing, kayaking or fishing. Looking for a place to have a family gathering, spend a week-end or a holiday with your friends or simply want some space? Our farmhouse can welcome up to 23 guests The living space: -Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room with exposed beams and a closed hearth fireplace, 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet, in an other part of the house, 1 bedrooms with a bunk bed (Double bed + single bed), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (shower) + WC. Also includes: cooking essentials, gas, oven, microwave oven, filter-coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, BBQ, kids games. -Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet. The house is fully equipped to welcome small children: 1 baby cot, 1 folding baby cot, 1 baby bathtub, 1 baby bathing seat, 1 baby changing mat and table, 1 children safety gate, 1 highchair. Many indoor and outdoor games are available for them to enjoy! The farmhouse is located at the end of the village, 4km away from Ouzouer le Marché, a small town with the following business and facilities: pharmacy, bakery, butchery, general retailer (Intermarché), bank, ATM cash machine, post office, pizzeria, bar-tobacconist, newsagent, swimming pool and a tennis court. You will also be in proximity of the following locations: Meung sur Loire (15min drive), Orléans (30min drive) and Blois (40min drive). Bed sheets and bath towels are provided for a 6 night stay. For a shorter stay, we give you the option to book the sheets and the bath towels for a more confortable stay. The price is 15€/bed. You will just have to tell us which bed we have to prepare. Travelers will have a total access to the house and garden excepted the boiler room. We are not far if you need something during your stay! don't hesitate! This is a non-smoking house. Free for Children under 2 years old Cleaning expenses correspond to the cleaning of all the house. The house being very big, we ask for it being returned in good condition with a pre-cleaning done, tidied up and that the kitchen is clean.
