Quiet house, with use of the vegetable garden

The apartment is independent, in a panoramic area of absolute tranquility. There is an outdoor garden, with a dining corner reserved for guests. All the space is fenced and therefore ideal for keeping your four-legged friends with you. An organic vegetable garden is available for guests to use. There will also be fresh eggs from our henhouse available. Leaving the house, there are walking and mountain biking routes, without having to use the car. San Severino Marche, besides being a beautiful town, is at the center of an interesting tourist area between Marche and Umbria. One hour away from Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Recanati, Monte Conero, Ancona, Sibillini Mountains Park, Mount San Vicino Park. An hour and a half from Ascoli Piceno, Pesaro, Perugia. The area is wonderful, with the city of San Severino Marche in panoramic view. In front of the house there is a pine forest crossed by shady paths and with beautiful panoramic views. Depending on the time it will be possible to find wild asparagus or mushrooms. I am available to accompany guests in these activities. In addition to the apartment, guests can access a private garden with a relaxing corner and a dining area under the shade of fragrant lime trees, as well as a dining corner on a terrace with a wonderful view of San Severino Marche and the Potenza valley, up to sea. I am almost always present and I am available for advice or necessity. The area is absolutely quiet and safe. There are no means of transport arriving to our house. San Severino is a 5-minute drive away. In the garden there are two cats, quiet and sociable. While two beautiful weimaraners, they are in the garden portion of our competence and therefore are not in contact with guests
