In the historic market town of Tenbury Wells, our flat has been completely & sympathetically renovated to give you a clean living space to relax & unwind in. The flat has been sympathetically restored with a large bedroom at the front, a further double bedroom to the rear, a large living room as well as a modern kitchen & utility room. You can also enjoy the shared garden and patio area. Sympathetically restored and recently modernised ground floor flat in the historic, tranquil market town of Tenbury Wells. With a double bed in the rear bedroom, twins (which can be made into a double) and bunk beds in the front bedroom along with a sofa bed in the large living room, this property offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. Guest have full access to the entire property consisting of: - - Large living/dining area - Double bedroom - Twin bedroom (with additional bunks) - Fully equipped kitchen - Utility room with laundry facilities - Bathroom with shower & bath - A second W/C - Large & airy hallway - A sunny garden and patio area with seating for 8 (please note that the outdoor space is shared with the lady living in the flat above) We have a code-lock so our guests can check-in at their leisure. However, we are always contactable either via the app, email or telephone call & text message. Tenbury Wells hosts an abundance of independently owned shops, curios, cafés, restaurants and pubs with the convenience of a modern, sympathetically designed Tesco supermarket for your essentials. Tenbury is also only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful, market town of Ludlow with its impressive 900 year old medieval castle and huge timetable of wonderful town events. The surrounding areas of the Malvern Hills and South Shropshire countryside offer a huge opportunity for seasoned ramblers and occasional walkers alike. Many of these trails, along with scenic cycle routes are right on our doorstep. PARKING Luggage can be unloaded to the front door by parking on Teme Street for free (max. 1 hour stay) and then moving to Teme Street Car Park further up on the left (£3 for 24 hours) which i (Website hidden by Airbnb) minute walk. Or park on one of the town's side streets. TAXI SERVICES Swan Cabs, Bizzy Cars: & Tenbury Taxis all cover the area. Well behaved dogs are welcome. We respectfully ask that they aren't allowed up onto any of the furniture and that they are never left unattended in the flat. There will be an additional charge of £10 per night for your first pet and £5 per night for any additional furry friends. This amount will be requested separately after your booking is confirmed. Please do not smoke inside in any part of the flat. Please note that the garden is shared with the tenant in the first floor flat above.
