Formerly the stable and having many previous uses (including housing the turkeys!), the cottage adjoins the owners Grade II listed farmhouse which dates back to 1749. Retaining much of its former character, interesting features displaying the buildings previous uses are still evident today including the stone squares in the courtyard wall used to house Beehives and a double wooded toilet in the small shed (not working), providing a fascinating glimpse of the bygone farming era. Chickens can be seen wandering the Orchard and grounds surrounding Geinas Farmhouse Stable which are bursting with fruit trees - guests are welcome to help themselves to fruit when in seasons and the chickens supply wonderfully fresh eggs (some are put in the welcome basket).
