Villa Rustica at the southern Lake Garda

The foundations of the villa have been standing for over 100 years. All bathrooms and rooms have been renovated, a new kitchen has been installed and WLAN is available. In the garden there is a swimming pool (7x3 m) and a whirlpool for 4 persons. The terrace is approx. 40m² in size and can be used for outdoor dining. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning or fans and modern furnishings. The garden is approx. 300m² green area with parasols and garden chairs. This quiet holiday home is located near Lake Garda, only 12 minutes by car from Peschiera. On a total of 500 m² of living space, the accommodation offers space for a maximum of 15 people (for 12 people beds are available). The entire house can be used. The keys are handed over with on-site instruction. Sehr angenehme Nachbarn mit Tieren (Esel, Kaninchen....) A car is important because there is no bus connection. Up to 6 parking spaces are available.
