Beautiful, bright and spacious house located in the historical village of Piovere, close to Tignale. The house it's about 130 sqm and its suitable for six guests. Composed of five spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living room with dinner table, couches and tv lounge, 3 double bedrooms (1 kingsize and 2 twins that can be turned into kings as well) and a bathroom with shower. Guests will have at their disposal a very nice terrace where sunbath, have lunch and dinner or just relax with a good book. In the courtyard it'll be possible to park motorbikes or bicycles, as well as sport tools like: windsurf, kayak, rubber dinghy, small boats etc. No direct lake view, but the village of Piovere in general has a wonderful lake view. It'll take just 30 second and you'll enjoy the perfect view on Lake Garda and the gorgeous Baldo Mountain on the other side. A bar, little food shop, pizzeria and a restaurant are just few meters from the house. The guests have access to the whole house with private entrance. I will be there welcoming my guests in the house. I will show them everything they need in our amazing village and be available for any information or request. Feel free to ask! HIKING AND MOUNTAIN BIKE: beautiful walks and itineraries are many: from the village of Piovere passes the "midway of Garda" the walk that starts from Salò and leads to Limone staying at middle mountain. Gorgeous and suitable for all the walkers , the path Piovere - Muslone (4km). WIND SURF, KYTE SURF: the beaches are 5 km from the house. SWIMMING: At 50 meters from the house there is a swimming pool for a fee. TENNIS: A few meters from the house there is a hard court. At about 1.5 km there are three clay courts and one grass. CANYONING: at 2 km a guided path starts along the canyon created by the torrente Vione. To visit: the natural oasis of Tignale and the splendid shrine of Our Lady of Montecastello Tignale. Smoking is prohibited inside the house but you can smoke on your private terrace.
