Great place with nice space positive vibes

This place is quiet. Near everything. Great restaurants. 7/11, bars, banks, supermarket around the block. Bbq grill in the back. Deck with swing. there is a lot of beaches around, 20 minutes of a picturesque driving. Yes the apartment has a full kitchen. There is a super market right around the corner, also 7/11, bars, Chinese food, Italian food. You have full access to kitchen, living room, beautiful deck and backyard with a small garden. Not necessarily what I do here but I’m very approachable and easy to communicate with and very responsive to requests. Seems to be almost equal distance to Long Beach and Jones beach are about 25 min. Tobay beach and Gilgo beach are closer at about 15-20 min drive. There is water all around here. Massapequa preserve, other natural parks and marinas There is a lot of street parking. Long Island railroad is only 1.5 miles away. You can walk here or get a taxi/Uber
