Tondu House Farm is located 5 minutes from the M4 corridor J36 - its location provides easy access to the local shops, beaches, horse riding and local hospitality. On arrival you will find an idyllic setting surrounded by woodlands and meadows, our bunkhouse has a comfortable and spacious space in which you can relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. Our family and ‘child friendly’ Bunkhouse is located at our Resource and Wellbeing Centre at Tondu House Farm, amidst a stunning location surrounded by 43 acres of natural historical woodlands and wild meadows. Our bunkhouse allows us to provide deliver the organisation mission and vision that delivers our social aims it is an important and integral component of the organisation. Throughout the week we run a Not for Profit organisation working with vulnerable participants, you will be please to know that all booking help support us run our charitable aims throughout the week and help us support various project on site. The Bunkhouse offers an entire home with 4 bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/communal area and can accommodate up to 12 guests a comfortable stay, suitable for family or friends holiday. Pets are allowed, this must be agreed and discussed with us before any booking; There is free parking on site; Wi-Fi is provided for all guests, there are strict conditions for this open access, all guest are to agree to the house rules for this access; We operate a strict no smoking policy at all times. On arrival you will be welcomed by an idyllic setting, our bunkhouse is comfortable and spacious, offers everything all the facilities you need for the perfect place for you to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. We can arrange a hot tub if you require and also organise transport to/from Cardiff and the South Wales region, if you wish to explore the locality. There maybe an additional cost to ensure electric is covered to heat the hot tub. We aim to ensure guests always have a really comfortable stay, and can provide extras to ensure maximum enjoyment e.g wood, BBQ etc to ensure you have a relaxed and comfortable stay. These will be provide at an additional cost which can be discussed prior to booking. The Bunkhouse is located 5 minutes from the M4 (J36), 26 miles from Cardiff Airport and provides easy access to the local shops, beaches, horse riding and local hospitality. All guest have access to our 43 acre centre which includes 14 acres of historical woodlands. The guests have exclusive use of the pizzeria, BBQ and large picnic benches in our outside social area. Inside the bunkhouse our guests have exclusive use of the large communal area and kitchen to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Please contact us to discuss restriction, we will do our very best to accommodate you, whilst keeping to Welsh Government Guidelines. This will ensure we do as much as possible to ensure maximum health and safety at our wonderful centre. There are four bedrooms which sleep 12 people, two showers and two toilet's, so your not all waiting to get ready at the same time. Please note we do not supply towels. There is and ironing board and washing machine for the longer stays and a well equipped kitchen with most this you need to make a wonderful meal for you all to enjoy. Tondu House Farm offers a much or little interaction as your require we always ensure our guests are well catered for. A great rural location, 5 minutes from the motorway and your in a relaxing setting. There are beautiful beaches and lots of things to do locally, something for everyone. We are happy to help with signposting of local activities and info that other guests have enjoyed locally. Ideal location for trains and taxi to take you into town or local city.
