Dartbury Lodge provides you with a clean, comfortable and picturesque place to stay in the south Cotswolds. We provide a self-contained detached Cotswold stone dwelling with exclusive use of own lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and private courtyard. Available for long & short-term stays with fresh bedding and towels, and ample parking on-site. Suitable for professionals working away from home, visiting tourists and enthusiastic shoppers! It's a peaceful location in which to unwind with open views of the countryside from the lounge and bedroom windows. A very clean space with hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen, antibacterial hand-gel, wipes and spray and cleaning products for guests to use. Within walking distance, there are good local pubs: The White Hart at Ford (our favourite!), The White Horse in Biddestone and The Bell in Yatton Keynell. We are pet-friendly. We only welcome one small-medium size dog (medium size being Spaniel size). There is a pet fee of £20 per stay. Our expectations are that the guest will provide their own crate, bedding, bowls, towels etc. and that the dog stays off the sofa and the bed. There are several Wiltshire walks to Biddestone, Slaughterford and Castle Combe from the door-step. OS map and walking guide books available. Self-contained lodge with separate access from the main house. Garage available for parking bikes on request. However, we have hosted guests who have happily arrived by foot and taxi from Chippenham station. We welcome small-medium size dogs. There is a pet fee of £20 per stay.
