Cosy Apartment in Sarnico

Nice apartment at the first floor of a little building in the center of Sarnico. The apartment has two floors, at the first one you will find a coloured kitchen with a small terrace, a living room and a bathroom. Upstairs, you find a small attic room with the wooden roof and there you have the main bedroom with its bathroom. All the house has parquet. It is in a very quiet area, in the center, very close to the lake and all the restaurants and shops in the town. A few minutes walk you can walk in the historic center of the village with its shops, clubs and restaurants, reach the long lake and the boat dock. If you love hiking there are numerous paths that leave from Sarnico both for walking on the lake and exploring the Bergamo and Brescia Prealps. Near the apartment you will find a bank and a gym, and some bicycle rental services in the village. In Sarnico you will find three municipal beaches where you can relax in the middle of nature. In Sarnico you can participate in the Busker Festival street artists festival from 27 to 30 July 2017 and many sports events throughout the year. You will have the entire two-floors apartment at your disposal. On the ground floor you will find a small room, kitchen, a complete bathroom and a small terrace. On the second floor accessible by a modern staircase, you will find the double bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor is attic with exposed wooden roofs. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets. Once you receive the keys, in case of any needs, my family and I are available by phone or in person (a meeting can be organize depening on the host and guest availability). Sarnico is a small town, the house is located in the center in a quiet residential complex, not far from the main road and a few minutes from the historic center, newsagent, supermarket and other grocery stores. Sarnico is located on the western shore of Lake Iseo, where it flows into the Oglio river. You can visit the lake with the many boats that leave from Sarnico, by bicycle, car or motorbike. You are halfway to visit both Bergamo and Brescia. The house is located about 500 meters from the bus stop that can take you to Bergamo and about 700 meters from the bus stop that can take you to Brescia. COVID-19. We ask for your collaboration to ensure that check-in and check-out are done according to the times indicated. In particular, we cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we have often considered, given the importance of cleaning and disinfection of the apartment, which require further care and time.
