Lovely cottage by pond/church - Edwardian Theme

My place is close to great views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. Easy walks across fields straight from the house. Norwich is fifteen minutes by car. There is also a regular bus service to Norwich and the bus stop is about a two minute walk. The village has two small supermarkets and a bus cafe. There is also a fish and chip shop, a Chinese takeaway and a pub. All within easy walking distance. Local pub, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, bus café. Lovely views from the house across The Common. Pond and church right by the house. Small co-op and another mini supermarket in the village. Farm shop about 5 minute walk. Bus stop for Norwich 2 minutes away. Norwich 5 miles away. Parking is simple. Driveway to the house is usually available. Parking outside the house or opposite the house. Always plenty of room as it's off-road.
