Cosy stone cottage Carmarthenshire

My place is a former 19th Century cart shed and pony stable and is located on our farm and ideally situated to visit beaches, castles,gardens,forests,Welsh countryside and all south west Wales. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, unique character, the country location, the high ceilings, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Walks along country lanes to unwind and relax straight from the doorstep. Price is per guest My cosy stone cottage has a woodburner but also electric heating for those who are unsure. There is a double bed on mezzanine area but 2 can squeeze in the ground floor sofa bed if needed. there is a kitchenette with beverages available and combination microwave .Electric heating and hot water ,bedlinen and towels are inclusive in the price. The woodburner will be made up ready to light for your convenience and the remainder of the full bag will be stacked by it. This, and further bags, can be purchased at cost from myself or from the local garage (currently £5 per bag and enough for the night) The cottage is self contained and next to my own farmhouse. There is a small patio table and chairs to sit to take coffee or breakfast , and also a bench to sit in evening sun and access to several seating areas within the garden I am a qualified World Host and specially trained Carmarthenshire Ambassador on hand to advise on suitable places to visit to enjoy your visit to the area to the maximum. If you need anything please just text me as I am available most times My cottage is situated within the rolling green countryside of Carmarthenshire, 1 mile from the village of Peniel with its garage and shop, and 3 miles from Carmarthen town , the oldest town in Wales. Easy access from the M4.. it is in a rural location with country lanes crossing streams and beautiful hedgerows surrounding our fields yet not remote being less than mile from village A road Parking is outside the cottage . There are buses available from village 1 mile away and trains from Carmarthen The kitchenette does not have a hob . It does have combination microwave which also has a grill and conventional oven facility , toaster, kettle an under counter fridge freezer.
