New Brazil River House / Ada Bojana

Wooden house on Ada Bojana island of 50 square meters of internal space and as much open area teraces. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Terrace area of 50 square meters. One double bed, two singles and a sofa to decommission bed for two people. Capacity 4 + 2 persons. 2018 was the year we replaced the old building Brazil house with a new, comfortable, cosy and modern facility. The building is located on the left side of the river, on Ada Bojana island, 300 m downstream from the bridge to the mouth of the river into the sea. Neighboring houses on the left and right sides are located 10-15m away, so Brasil house has its own privacy. Available parking places for 5 cars. Teraces are 60 square meters. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a large and comfy sofas (also, two persons can sleep here). There is available tv ,cable tv and free wifi. The kitchen is large and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove on electric and gas, utensils for cooking and dining for 6 people. Tap water is drinkable. Terrace consists of two parts, 40 square meters of covered space equipped for relaxation and dining, 20 squar metars open terrace equipped with sun beds and with easy acces for swimming in the river Bojana. Famous Ada Bojana fish restaurants are only 300m away, and the nearest beach, which is located on the island is only 1 km or 10-15 min walking distance. Taxi ride to Ulcinj is about 12-15 euro. Access to the house by car enabled. Parking place available. The nearest international airport is located at Podgorica 85km ( capital of Montenegro ), and Tivat international airport 102km. The only approach to Ada Bojana is from the Ulcinj side where a bridge linking it to the mainland stands. On both of its sides there is a number of seafood restaurants rendered by many as the best in Montenegro. Ada Bojana is island dedicated for people who want to be in a direct contact and touch with nature. With it's 2 km long sandy beach it is one of most preferable places for nudists. Ada Bojana is one of the premier kitesurfing and windsurfing locations on the Adriatic Coast.
