Somes days can be blocked on the calendar but sometime I can manage to make them available. Please ask me about availability. My house is located between Bourges and Sancerre, on Menetou Salon vineyard and in the heart of an artistically and historically very rich land. The house is located in "REDAN" , 20 minutes by car from Bourges and Sancerre, 2h30 from Paris by the A77. The private spaces offered are accessible from my home and consist of a 14 m² bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilets and a second 19 m² bedroom, located above the first with two beds of 140. The second bedroom, located under the roof, is accessible by a miller's ladder staircase. The rooms have direct access to the relaxation / spa area, which is heated and available all year round. Redan is an old farmhouse located in the countryside. It is best to plan before your arrival what you want to do for dinner! If you want to go to the restaurant you will find my recommendations in the guide. It is better to book in advance. I can of course help you and book for you ; otherwise I propose a dinner that we will share, in this case I would ask you for a participation of 20 € per person excluding wine. The house is located on a garden of 2 hectares bordered by a river. In summer, the deckchairs and the hammock invite you to rest. In summer and winter the relaxation area / spa offer an ideal atmosphere for reading and cocooning. I love nature and gardening, art and good food. I combine a professional life in Paris and a ceramic creation activity in my workshop located in the house. Gay and Gay-friendly are welcome for a simple and friendly stay. The guest rooms, the bathroom, the toilets, the relaxation / spa area located upstairs are private, my guests can enjoy the garden at their convenience. They can access my home (living room, bathroom on the ground floor) shared with me. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. I like welcoming and exchanging with my guests but respect the choice of some for a certain independence. I shall be always available if necessary. Stephane practises ceramic in a workshop in the house and an initiation is possible!! I'm at 2:30 of car of Paris by A77 or A71. The train station of "Bourges" is at 1:50 of Paris "Austerlitz", I can come to drive you 20 minutes to join the house. I can also come and drive you from the train station of "Cosne" accessible by the Station of "Gare de Lyon" in Paris.
