Lisi's place

Surrounded by the peace of a charming village, Casa di Lisi, completely renovated in 2017, offers a luminous living room with a small bookshelf, a couch and a well-equipped kitchen; a bathroom with a big shower and two double rooms. Its balcony facing the Dolomites is waiting for you! Looking at the snow falling down in winter is enchanting and in summer the bright sun of this region gives to these mountains a very Italian touch. The flat is located on the second and last floor. It is perfect for four people, but the number of guests can be up to six thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living area (the photos show the space available). The unit on the first floor is uninhabited, which is no small detail in these times of pandemic. Overlooking the picturesque square of the small village, with its four windows the living area is bright and welcoming. Really large, designed with modern and innovative solutions, the space available is comfortable, ideal also for the games of children, who will find lego and other toys. The kitchen is functional and very well equipped, complete with oven and microwave. The lounge area offers a small but neat library for some reading time. Of the two rooms, one is very nice, furnished in modern style, large, it allows you to exit on a balcony that our guests appreciate very much, especially for a breakfast for two or a sunset on the Paganella and the Dolomites. Furnished with a small table and two deck chairs. The second room, which is also spacious and comfortable, is furnished with traditional furniture from the second half of the 20th century. Unless otherwise requested, if there are only one or two guests it is closed. The beautiful bathroom, spacious and with a large shower, is also a pleasant surprise. An ideal place for relaxation but also for a holiday of sport, art and nature, Casa di Lisi is waiting for you! NB: The tourist tax and the "Pinè Cembra card" ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. With the "Pinè Cembra card" you can take advantage of a series of services (such as free transport in the province of Trento by downloading the App) or take part in a series of activities - sports, cultural, food and wine, nature and more - organised by the Tourist Office, which is located in Cembra, 4 kilometres from Casa di Lisi! For you, as for us - in these difficult times when we are torn between the desire for a holiday and the desire not to leave the "protection" of our homes - security becomes the main objective of our reception. That is why we are modifying and integrating our services as follows, in the hope that they will meet your requirements: We regret the cleaning fee of 35€, we assure you of a thorough cleaning in accordance with the Covid risk protocol. 1. The flat is located on the second floor of a house where no one else lives. A disinfectant gel will be placed on the tile shelf on the left as you enter the stairwell; 2. The flat, which is accessed by self check-in, is for the exclusive use of the person who books it, even if they are a single person. There are 2 rooms and 4 beds present (in the case of 1 or 2 guests, the second room will remain closed unless an explicit request for 2 separate rooms is made at the time of booking); 3. Oil, coffee and sugar are available for those who wish to share them; 4. The rooms and all surfaces will be sanitised using suitable disinfectants and steam cleaning. 5. Towels and sheets will be, as before, washed at high temperatures and with the addition of disinfectants; 6. 6. Dishes must be washed in the dishwasher; after switching it on, select programme no. 3. 7. For everyone's safety, we ask guests to kindly leave their shoes outside the flat and use only slippers inside; Lisignago, in the Cembra Valley, is located halfway between Trento and the Fiemme Valley. Located at 585 metres above sea level, its position guarantees a cool summer and a not-too-cold winter. Surrounded by vineyards and at the same time less than half an hour from Trento, Lisignago is an ideal base for visiting the capital city with its monuments and museums, including the Castello del Buonconsiglio, the Muse and the interesting Gallerie di Piedicastello. The area is also splendid for walks and ideal for cycling tours. You can breathe pure air, together with slow rhythms and tranquillity. An authentic corner of Trentino. From Lisignago it takes just over half an hour to reach Val di Fiemme and in an hour to reach the Dolomites and many other places of interest in Trentino. We would like to point out the small but well-stocked grocery shop just a minute away from Lisi's house, the popular butcher's shop Zendron and the new bar-restaurant with typical Trentino cuisine, which is definitely worth a try! The living room (perfect as play room) faces the village square: Lisignago has maintained its ancient origins. This is an urban center of ancient origins, located on the banks of the Avisio stream, at the foot of the mountains. In this small village you can spend a very active holiday in the nature or a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The best season to come here is summer, when nature is at its best: forests and meadows, contrasting with the many vineyard covered terracing. The best way to become familiar with this area is to walk, and here surely there is no lack of trails: from those running on the valley floors, suitable also for children, to high altitude trails. There are also many natural attractions, like the Pyramids of Segonzano. If you love horseback riding you have at your disposal many trails winding through charming landscapes. A characteristic of the landscape are the many lakes, like the nearby ones of Caldonazzo, Serraia and Piazze. On the Caldonazzo Lake a special sport is practiced, the dragon boat racing, on standard length canoes with the top and the end framed as the head and the tail of a dragon. From the natural and tourist point of view, a great attraction is the Santo Lake (near Cembra), a charming expanse of water where you can swim, sunbathe or walk, visited also by the painter Albrecht Dürer during its trip to Venice. To this German artist is dedicated the trail Sentiero del Dürer, starting from Salorno and arriving in Cembra. In winter the nearby ski centres offer ski runs for Alpine skiing and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing trails and horse-drawn sleigh rides. The Palacurling of Cembra is sites of big events. Don’t’ forget to explore the cultural heritage of the region and the city of Trento, only 20 min drive away. To visit in Lisignago is the Gothic church of Saint Leonardo. These lakes, valleys and mountains hide delicious treasures. Produce of the land, genuine fragrances and flavors, ancient and modern. Try the local products. This territory is organized into many plots of land where for centuries the grapevine has been cultivated and its precious beverage produced: wine. Here in fact the finest wines of the region are produced, like the Müller Thurgau. The valley is crossed by the Wine and flavours routes of the Colline Avisiane, Faedo and the Valle di Cembra valley. Besides the excellent wine, this area is rich of small fruits like blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, walnuts and chestnuts to eat raw or cooked down into jam. You can buy honey, cold meats and cheeses in the local farms. The journey from the Trento Nord tollbooth is 25 minutes along a convenient state road.
