A home fit for any celebrity, boasting bar, cinema, gym and even a private lake. We can provide extra services such as Chauffeur Driven car for an extra charge and with prior arrangement (subject to availability), private chef etc Please note we may consider accommodating small events but this must be pre agreed and our pricing for this may differ from our basic holiday stay rates. Fernside is an impressive smart home with a huge, open plan entertaining space complete with bar, dining area, kitchen, lounge areas and grand piano. There are three toilets off the main living/ entertaining space. The house also boasts extensive manicured gardens, private lake with fountain, cinema room and gym. And that’s not to mention the full-size jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite! Any extra guests even if only visiting the property and not staying overnight must be agreed prior. Guests will have access to the entire main house (5 bedrooms), office, cinema, gardens, gym. Please note the gym and drive way may be shared with guests staying in the barn. *Early Check in and Late Check out is subject to availability and prior approval and is charged at £60 per hour.** I will be available by phone and email as well as a maintenance/ security person who will usually either be on site or a short drive from the property and may be available in my absence. Whilst I endeavour to give a personal welcome, this is not always possible so check in may be self check in if I am unavailable. Check out is usually self check out. There is CCTV on the property. Due to the value of the property any break in would be professional in nature so our robust security measures are as much for the safety of our guests as the safety of the house. When the house is not alarmed (i.e. occupied by guests) our security company do not monitor the CCTV. The caretaker host and owner, however are able to access this and look back on footage in the case of an incident. It is unfenced and not barriered so children / non swimmers must be supervised at all times outside.
