Newly refurbished self-contained annex with private entrance close to Edinburgh Airport with easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Ideally located for guests attending Edinburgh Festival, The Royal Highland Show or Edinburgh's Hogmany party! Within short walking distance of popular wedding venue Houston House Hotel. Excellent for golfers with a variety of courses nearby. Very safe neighborhood with parking available a short walk from property. 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and comfortable memory foam double bed. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower and we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guests. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers for guests to use. Unit also includes separate W/C for convenience. Living room includes double sofa bed and small kitchenette with fridge. We provide cutlery and crockery and a small selection of continental breakfasts foods for guests. There is a large selection of books for guests to use during their stay and we also have a record player with a variety of records. The property is bright and spacious and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. I am available to greet guests on most occasions and can be contacted by phone during your stay. The annex is attached to the main house so I am easily reached in emergencies. Uphall is a lovely village with a selection of cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. The property is set on a quiet, residential street in a safe neighborhood. The property is easily accessed by bus from Edinburgh Airport. The train station is a 20 minute walk away with frequent services to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The bus stop is a short walk away from the property and there is off-site parking available.
