Quietly country terrace apartment in central Istra

If you truly want to rest in silence and surrounded by nature, this is the right place for you. Apartment (3***) for two persons (+extra bed) as a part of family farm. It has own big terrace with wonderfull view. It is located near Žminj (5km). The nearest seashore is the Bay of Lim (16km),the nearest beaches are in Rovinj (22km). Stone house was built in 17 century, last reconsruction 2014. On our property everything is natural and spontaneously; sincerly and honestly. The apartment has 1 bedroom with family bed, but is also equipped with sofa in dining room, so additional 1-2 sleeping place(s) is available. It is new renovated (2014). Apartment has terrace (8m2) with beautiful view. It is the part of old stone house (large stone walls and nord orientation are guarantee for good natural climatisation). Apartment has free wi-fi connection. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of family house that is accessed by external stairs from the courtyard. We like to interact with our guests. The house is located in the countryside and the first neighbour is on 50 meters. It is very peacefull place. All around us are cultivated fields and forests. Our guests should experience with: peace, restful sleep, silence, no cars, total relaxation... My parents live in village Tudari (all village is ours) and I and my family live and work in town of Pula. At weekends, regularly we come here. There is no public transport except Apartment is located on bigger agricultural property; surrounded with meadows and fields. Property is located away of roads. Property has domestic animals like pigs, hens, dog, cat, pigeons,... Surrounding is ideal for cycling and hiking [we have got bike storage]. There is a train station nearby from which you can take biketrain and explore Istra from sud to nord. The most popular bike trail is Parenzana. Apartment is situated in the center of Istra peninsula, from where you can explore whole Istra: - beautiful little places in the middle like: - Gračišće (hiking trail Sv.Šimun), - fjord Lim (bike trail), - Hum (the smallest town in the world), -Roč (pituresque little place), -cave Baredine, -ornitological reservation Palud in Rovinj, - zip line Pazin, cave Feštini near Žminj, casttle Grimani in Svetvinčenat... - west and east coast. In our apartment you can enjoy in awakening by rooster and warble of birds. Pipe water is drinkable.
