Bright, airy and contemporary accommodation situated half way between the popular seaside towns of Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast only 10 minutes from the A30. A newly refurbished two bedroom annex accommodating 4 guests. Private Hot tub in the garden. Just a 10 minute walk to the Coast path and Trevellas cove. Avoid the Holiday traffic. Sunday change over during peak times. Accommodation Single story Annex with a fully fitted kitchen leading to a family bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. The lounge has ample seating for everyone and a dining table. Facilities & Services The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The sitting room has a flat screen digital TV. Wi-Fi is available. Private garden with Hot Tub, BBQ and seating. Hot Tub Disclaimer: if the hot tub water has been replaced on the day of arrival this may mean its not at temperature for your first evening. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will have to provide your own beach towels. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at the small additional cost of £25 per dog for your stay. Please remember that dogs cannot be left unattended at the property. There are parking facilities for two vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in the property. A cot and highchair are available on request. We live next door so are available if needed but give guests space. From 'Little Dusty' you can walk to both St Agnes and Perranporth along the Coastal Path. Both have a wide selection of bars and restaurants. In 10 minutes you can be back on the A30 with easy access to the whole of Cornwall. There is a bus stop outside the front gate with regular busses to Perranporth, Newquay, St Agnes and Truro.
