Three-bedroom apartment over 2 floors with two single bedrooms, one twin bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for visiting contractors, budget holiday groups and people coming to Scotland to work. Sleeps six with adult occupancy limited to 4 adults. Part of a social housing block in a mixed residential area, it has main door access through a private balcony immediately off the car park. Unlimited free, off-street parking. Also available by the room on other listings - just ask. Comprising two single bedrooms, a twin bedroom on the top floor and a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. Recently modernized, the apartment has a well equipped kitchen with washing machine bathroom with shower and a living room with large dining area. It is looked after by a professional housekeeper and we provide all bed linen and towels. Access to the first floor is from the balcony from street level by car park and a short flight of narrow stairs. Guests have full and exclusive use of the whole apartment. Our housekeeper is just round the corner.... The apartment is located in a social housing block and in a mixed residential area with private housing nearby, approximately 7 miles from Glasgow city centre with its array of interesting attractions, shopping and architecture. A car is best and there is a local bus stop in front of the apartment to the local Shawlands Shopping Centre and train station. Within easy reach of the apartment by car and bus are parks, restaurants, shops and takeaways. The apartment is close to public transport, the airport, Silverburn Shopping Centre, Hampden Park events, the Burrell Collection and easily accessible to central Glasgow and the motorway network. The train station at Thornliebank is within easy reach of the apartment plus a large Tesco Extra supermarket and lots of takeaway restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is ideally situated for contractors and business travellers and is within easy reach of the M77, M74 and M8 motorways. The centre of Glasgow is a short 20 minute drive away with many shops, restaurants, theatres, bars and attractions including: Glasgow Cathedral Celtic Park Ibrox Stadium Glasgow Science Centre Glasgow Botanical gardens Kelvingrove Art Gallery Emirates Arena Riverside museum of transport and travel Pollock Country Park Hunterian museum The Tall Ship at Riverside The Peoples Palace and winter gardens The apartment is well situated for excursions to the stunning Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, and the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, Wemyss Bay.
