Sammy's Place

Sammy's Place welcomes all guests without exception, in a large modern and bright apartment on the 5th Floor. The private lobby leads into the apartment. The lobby leads to a large terrace with a sweeping view, private garden and sitting area for entertaining or taking meals. The large kitchen leads to a kitchenette and pantry. The corridor leads to the TV/living room, study, the Guests' Master Bedroom and a 2nd Bedroom. In typical Lebanese hospitality, our guests are warmly welcome! The features of Sammy's Place are the spacious 250 sqm apartment in a simple yet elegant decor, the large front terrace and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The Guests enjoy best the privacy of the Master Bedroom with its own bathroom. Our guests are allowed to use all facilities and appliances in the apartment. For the first time, they are kindly asked to request for orientation, and then they are on their own and should feel at home. I shall be very much around to do my private work, independantly. I shall endeavour to stay out of my guests' way, unless I am sollicited. The most important facilities are available: post office, municipality, police, hospital, pharmacies, mini markets, grocers, butchers, boutiques, hardware shops, artisans, household appliances, etc. One can leisurely walk around the area day or night, in total security. To move out, there are shared taxis and some buses. There are also the Call Taxis for particular destinations like the Airport, or for excursions. Visitors are not allowed to park their vehicles in the Building's private parking. They can park right opposite on a large private parking lot. Pets are also not allowed in. Visitors are allowed only during the day. But Sammy's Place reserves the right to politely inform our guests of any local visitor who may present any risk to their security and our Place.
