Great apartment for holidays, fully equipped including some additional stuff for swimming pool and beach. Two separate bedrooms, bathroom and open space for kitchen, dining room and living room. Sunny terrace - south side! Apartment is perfect for family with two children or two couples! Separate bedrooms detached by bathroom give intimity. Half of apartment is open space it encourages integration, sharing meals and spending pleasant times together. All stuff in the apartment are available to use by tenants, especially things for beach / swimming pool. Kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dish machine, micro, toaster etc.). There is wash machine, too. I am available by my mobile but I assure local support as well. Passing the keys, transfer from / to airport is managed by local authorized service. Local reps speak english, spanish, polish and russian. The apartment is localized near by the sea (the first line - about 300 meters). All around are restaurants, bars and big shopping centre. It is a typical place for holiday but also for pleasant autumn or spring times. The apartment is 1 of 42 apartments in urbanization “Flores 1” which is located near by the road N-332. Nearby is Mercadona - well equipped Spanish shop. Bus, taxi, airport in Alicante (50 km) or airport in Murcia-San Javier (20km)
