Pereira's House

My space is aprox. 12 min. on foot to the beach and aprox. 7 min on foot to the Train Station. You'll love my space because of the warmth and location. My space is good for couples, small families and furry friends (pets). The house is equipped and ready to accommodate, it has 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine (filter) and kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery and pots). There is a space outside the house to park a car. It has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and dryer. Outside the house there's a garden to relax or have lunch/dinner, where there is a barbecue available. The accommodation does not have a living room. Myself and my family live in the neighborhood and we are always at your disposal if you need anything. The neighborhood is a quiet place, ideal for resting or for walks along the beach and cycling. There is an excellent restaurant, Sabor-A-Mar at 400m (3 min, walk) from the house. The beach area is full of coffee Shops and restaurants. Nearby there is the Aguda Pharmacy, BP Gas Station and supermarkets, namely the Mini-Preço and Mira Ramos. Casa dos Pereira is located 190 meters west of the Aguda train station. Alternatively the area is covered by Uber and Taxis. There is regularly free space to park on the street next to the house, however, the house also has a parking place inside the grounds for one car.
